This is Xenia’s fourth Volvo project with the scope including the full refurbishment of an existing Volvo Showroom and external areas.
Engaged under a D&C model, Xenia’s scope included demolition of the existing showroom and extending the showroom footprint. The façade consisted of a 7.2m curtain wall façade glazing package, solid aluminium cladding and colourbond sheeting.
The new internal fit-out consisted of a reception and café area, feature ceilings, solid timber joinery, services and finishes to suit the car display areas.
We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
