As the founder and director of Xenia, John exemplifies a steadfast dedication to excellence, partnership, integrity, and humility. His passion ensures that these core values are ingrained in every aspect of the business.
Throughout his career, he has held various senior on-site roles, such as Site Manager, Design Manager, Project Manager, and Construction Manager, contributing significantly to some of Australia’s most prominent landmark projects.
Adrian brings 30+ years’ of experience in managing financial requirements for construction organisations. He has held senior positions including Finance Director, Financial Controller, Company Secretary and Business Systems Manager for companies such as Multiplex, Stockwell, and Northbuild.
Adrian provides leadership and direction as part of Xenia’s senior management team. He offers clients certainty that Xenia’s financial and project cost administration system supports the business.
Gerard has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry having worked in the Fit-out, refurbishment, remedial and construction sectors during his extensive career.
Gerard's experience as a senior executive has grown his passion for developing and fostering relationships both internally & externally; he leads from the front which puts him in good stead to head up the NSW Business.
With over 30 years of industry expertise across Defence, Education, Health, and Government sectors, Brad's background is extensive and diverse. His strategic focus, complemented by a client-centric philosophy, uniquely qualifies him to lead Queensland's Defence and Government business.
With extensive experience and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Brad consistently ensures his teams deliver exceptional results, providing invaluable support to all project stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Being in the twilight of my career, it's rewarding to be an integral part of an intimate construction company. Working in a friendly and diverse environment with the opportunity to impart my experience and knowledge to the next generation of like-minded professionals is truly fulfilling.
I started working at Xenia Constructions in 2017, in a junior Accounts Payable role to now being in a senior position. During this time, I've had amazing opportunities to work closely with and learn from our CFO, as well as pick up extra skills within project administration. It's a pleasure being part of this thriving company, especially as it grows each year, welcoming new employees who bring their own spark to the team.
I joined Xenia Constructions in 2018 and have been provided the mentorship, support, experience, and training to progress my career from a Contracts Administrator to Contracts Manager. The company’s culture and values create an enjoyable and rewarding workplace. Xenia provides the right structure and environment to allow everyone to reach their career goals.
