Throughout his career, he has held various senior on-site roles, such as Site Manager, Design Manager, Project Manager, and Construction Manager, contributing significantly to some of Australia’s most prominent landmark projects.

Adrian brings 30+ years’ of experience in managing financial requirements for construction organisations. He has held senior positions including Finance Director, Financial Controller, Company Secretary and Business Systems Manager for companies such as Multiplex, Stockwell, and Northbuild.

Adrian provides leadership and direction as part of Xenia’s senior management team. He offers clients certainty that Xenia’s financial and project cost administration system supports the business.

Gerard has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry having worked in the Fit-out, refurbishment, remedial and construction sectors during his extensive career.

Gerard's experience as a senior executive has grown his passion for developing and fostering relationships both internally & externally; he leads from the front which puts him in good stead to head up the NSW Business.

With over 30 years of industry expertise across Defence, Education, Health, and Government sectors, Brad's background is extensive and diverse. His strategic focus, complemented by a client-centric philosophy, uniquely qualifies him to lead Queensland's Defence and Government business.
