Xenia constructions was engaged by Tim Gurner to fit-out this quality space as part of his landmark FV development. The project was made more complex by the fact it needed to be constructed in parallel with the final stage of base building construction.
Xenia’s ability to be agile and responsive allowed the bespoke finishes and built form to come together perfectly and create a warm and enticing environment for the new tenants. The final outcomes attracted positive media attention and encouraged similar projects across the city.
We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
