Xenia was contracted to refurbish Level 5 of the Prentice Building on the University of Queensland’s St Lucia campus. Within a tight timeframe, we collaboratively worked with project stakeholders and the consultant team in finalising a design ensuring the early procurement of critical long lead time items.
The fit-out incorporates a range of high-end finishes including timber wall paneling, joinery, aluminium batten ceiling, glazed acoustic partitions, flexible working workstations, and a vast range of feature lighting.
We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
