Xenia was engaged to carry out a major refurbishment project at the Sir Llew Edwards and General Purpose North buildings on the University of Queensland’s St Lucia campus. Operating under a Design and Construct contract, Xenia worked closely with the project stakeholders and consultant team to create new open-plan office and meeting spaces for faculty staff, and academics.
The refurbishment included high-quality fixtures and finishes such as detailed joinery, curved double-glazed acoustic partitions, solid timber batten ceilings, modern sit-to-stand workstations, custom-made European furniture, and feature lighting.
