Xenia was the preferred builder to carry out upgrades to the Gordon Greenwood Building at St Lucia campus. Xenia managed the demolition of the teachers’ space on the ground level with 4 levels above remaining in operation.
The refurbishment to teaching spaces and establishing a large collaborative computer space and upgrading surrounding amenities included mechanical plant upgrade, electrical installation of network for teaching spaces, joinery and wall surfaces. The primary consideration was to establish a large collaborative computer space and upgrade to 5 seminar rooms. All works were carried out during campus hours and full access for all teaching staff and students was maintained.
