The Squire’s Landing project involved the conversion of Tenancy 5 of the Overseas Passenger Terminal, The Rocks, into an indoor and outdoor restaurant and micro-brewery. This venue is Australia’s newest James Squire brew house and was developed by the renowned hospitality group, Mantle Group.
Xenia undertook the works, which included the replacement of the existing façade, new suspended decks to the perimeter of the tenancy, internal fit-out across two levels and construction of a new freestanding fully glazed microbrewery architecturally designed to capture the panoramic views of Sydney Harbour.
