The works at Pines Shopping Centre Elanora included demolition of the existing skylights and ceilings, mechanical services and fire sprinkler upgrades as well as new ceilings and decorative finishes to the malls.
Delivered with the centre remaining open at all times, the project was completed with an extremely accelerated nightshift program. Xenia Constructions, MCD Australia and The Pines Shopping Centre management team worked collaboratively to overcome many challenges associated with construction in an operational environment to achieve handover in time for the busy Christmas period.
