The Tai Tai project follows from the successful delivery of 3 other projects for this client, Mantle Group; The Pig ‘n Whistle, James Squire OPT, and Phuc Deli-Viet.
Tai Tai scope of works included detailed demolition of raft slab, co-ordination of new structural cantilevered awning works, fit-out of full commercial kitchen and bar area along with customer amenities and external seating areas. Xenia with its established relationships with leading suppliers and subcontractors ensured the project was delivered to the highest quality.
