The Minchinbury Self Storage Facility is a three-storey building with a mezzanine structure. It has a storage area of approximately 4000m2, and there is potential for future expansion to add another 4000m2.
The facility includes an office and display area. It is the f irst facility in Australia to be operated through a smartphone. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the client f rom South Australia could not visit the construction site. Xenia maintained transparency and open communication with the client throughout the construction process, overcoming the usual challenges as true partners.
We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
