Xenia was engaged by Brisbane Airport Corporation for the Design and Construction of a warehouse for an international freight company. With the project being located within the Brisbane Airport precinct, the design phase included a complex approval process.
The scope includes civil earthworks, ground improvement (Controlled Modulus Columns), fibre slabs on the ground, precast panel erection, structural steel, 4000m2 of external hardstand and an office fit-out.
We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
