Stockland, a repeat client, appointed Xenia to upgrade amenities, backfill retail space that was being vacated and carryout replacement of existing travellator and lift lobby works in the basement carpark.
The project scope includes reverting existing tenancy fit-outs to cold shells, reconfiguring mechanical services, and creating new amenities. While adjacent tenancies remained fully operational, Xenia leveraged their extensive experience working in a live operating environment, which inherently includes a significant amount of after-hours work.
