Xenia were engaged by repeat client, Stockland, to complete a multi-staged carpark & external works upgrade at the Stockland Forster Shopping Centre. The project involved a variety of improvements, including the reconfiguration of the carpark entrances, roundabouts, new kerb & guttering, stormwater upgrades and the installation of new trolley bays, landscaping, GRC planter boxes, and seating.
Our team collaborated closely with Stockland to ensure minimal disruption to the local community and significantly improve the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the carpark.
