Xenia Constructions was selected as the preferred builder to undertake the Plantation Homes office extension and fit-out at Springwood.
The new office was built using structural steel modular construction which comprised five sections and is supported by steel columns. The new office delivers approximately 300 square metres of additional office space which includes a meeting room, three offices, 38 workstations, male ablutions, a printing station, an outdoor kitchen, and BBQ area.
We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
