The NEXTDC data centre works include the fit-out of two floors consisting of the concierge, ballistic security room, meeting rooms, office space and kitchen area. The project timing required alignment with the final stages of the base building construction, adding a layer of complexity with the need to construct and finalise in parallel.
Reflective of Xenia’s strengths, through collaboration with the base building contractor and other stakeholders, this complicated, multi-faceted project was completed to schedule. Xenia was able to draw on the extensive experience of working in life environments and across construction sites while managing a challenging operational interface to plan the delivery of this project.
