Xenia Constructions was involved in the design and construct of Medtronics new Brisbane office located on L5 of the K1 RNA building at 480 St Pauls Terrace.
The project involved Xenia Constructions engaging an architect and all service consultants and managing the design approval process with the building owner. Our team’s experience working to a tight time frame in an occupied building ensured that the project was completed enabling the tenant achieve their desired move in date.
We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
