With a design inspired by the Hollywood movie ‘The Intern’, Xenia Constructions was engaged to fit-out Kokoda Property’s new Brisbane office. Located within a heritage-listed building, key deliverables included the installation of a recycled timber floor, glazing, structural steel, joinery, partition works and new services.
Works were undertaken within an occupied building and Xenia Constructions drew on previous experience to successfully manage both the works and operational interfaces. Our team’s capability resulted in minimal disruption for current tenants and the delivery of a premium office space within the client’s five-week timeframe.
