Xenia was engaged to replace approximately 1700m2 of cladding on a five-storey office building while it was still in operation. Various access methods were used, including swing stages, scaffolds, boom lifts, scissor lifts, and abseilers.

The project focused on maintaining safety, efficiency, and visual appeal. The use of different techniques allowed work to proceed smoothly without disrupting the building’s activities.
