Xenia was engaged by Stockland through another successful partnership to undertake the Design and Construction of a new two-storey office building and associated carpark works. In addition to the construction of the office building, Xenia was responsible for the construction of three new vehicular crossovers for the property, which are the points where vehicles can cross over f rom one area to another.
Xenia undertook excavation work, removing approximately 70,000 cubic meters of material from the rear of the property. This excavation created an additional 11,000 square meters of concrete hardstand, which is a paved area suitable for heavy vehicles or storage purposes
