Repurposing a number of back of house spaces Iglu Central Park was focused around the introduction of two new gym spaces being a weights room and studio classroom with associated amenities. Works also included reconfiguring and refurbishing the entry lobby, auditorium and Level 1 common areas seamlessly integrating the new finishes to the surrounding areas.
Topped off with new planter boxes, furniture and lighting to the two Level 13 rooftops the overall works provide a number of new work and relax spaces for the students enhancing the student living lifestyle.
