The first of three projects completed for Iglu Student Accommodation in NSW the refurbishment of their Broadway property saw the strip out and reconfiguration to the ground floor lobby, reception, and laundry facilities.
To levels two and three, new finishes and furniture created an engaging study and collaborative space for the student residents to work during their days. The final touch being fresh new planter boxes, furniture and a lighting arrangement to their Level 6 rooftop closes out the works offering a flexible outdoor space for functions and social events.
