Xenia was hired to refurbish the lobby at Green Square North Tower. The scope of the project included demolishing an old fire stair, repairing existing slab openings, building a new fire stair from basement 2 to the ground floor, modifying post-tensioning strands and slab openings, and creating an external podium planter box.
The refurbishment also involved removing existing walls and ceilings and constructing new informal meeting areas, a business lounge, and space for a future café. Additionally, a custom Rimex feature ceiling was installed above the lift lobbies.
