Xenia was engaged to deliver on Toombul’s newest gymnasium, Function Well, a 5-star luxury environment, wellness and recovery centre.

The project included a custom 1,000m2 fit-out that included cutting-edge individual studios for Pilates, Yorld-leadingga, and Group Training, as well as expansive weight and strength training rooms, combat training facilities, and cardio training equipment. The client combined the pillars of their health philosophy into an innovative, highly practical venue for its members.

The Restoration Zone is a focal point of the facilities; with ice baths, steam rooms, hot saunas, and infrared saunas all included into the space. The fit-out also included, a Wellness Bar, office space, and aesthetically inspired amenities. Xenia collaborated extensively with all stakeholders to ensure that the project was completed on schedule and in a live operating environment.
