Xenia successfully completed the Function Well Australia Flagship Hub located within the prestigious Mercedes-Benz building in Newstead. The fit-out works consisted of the construction of an elegant and tranquil restoration zone including magnesium hot and cold plunge pools, infrared saunas, steam and sauna rooms, pilates studio, heated yoga studio, and a social wellness lounge.
The gym floor, CrossFit box, and group training rooms all comprise state-of-the-art training equipment including feature reflective stretch ceiling panels throughout.
