Xenia was engaged by Ingenia Communities for the Design and Construction of a Community Centre within a newly developed over-50’s life style estate.
Xenia worked closely with project stakeholders and the consultant team to successfully achieve numerous value management items while still maintaining the overall quality of the building. The project entailed the construction of a 1300m2 clubhouse including a pool and spa, bowling green, theatre, hall and other communal areas. Construction commenced in June 2020 with Practical Completion achieved in November 2020.
We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
