Xenia collaborated with E3 Advisory under a Design and Construct contract, to complete a 450m2 office fit-out in Sydney CBD. The design, based on a concept provided by the client, aimed for a Scandinavian look and feel.
The fit-out includes acoustically treated meeting rooms, a spacious collaboration and workshop area that can be expanded for larger gatherings, and workspaces situated behind private offices to separate them from the more active collaboration and breakout spaces.
We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
