Xenia was the design and construct contractor appointed to provide Pragmatic with a unique, industry-specific educational facility. Located in Fortitude Valley’s most dynamic master planned precinct, Kings Gate, the Day Spa facility is comprised of three dry treatment rooms, one wet Vichy, a foot spa area, and a makeup bar and bench area.
Works included a curved ceiling with timber veneer cladding throughout the reception and waiting area, finished with a high-end quality marble benchtop. Drawing on our team's expertise and industry experience, Xenia delivered a high level of detail and quality, which met both client and market expectations.
