Xenia was the design and construct contractor for the 283m2 ‘Brisbane 1 South Brisbane’ display suite. Located at 1 Cordelia St, the project consisted of two display units, a sales area, off ice, an outdoor courtyard, an asphalt car park and landscaped surrounds.
To achieve the short program time frames the display suite was constructed off-site as modular units with final it-out of the high-level finishes completed on-site over five weeks of intensive construction.
We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
