Xenia was engaged by Randwick City Council to refurbish the iconic Coogee Surf Life Saving Club.
The project involved the strip-out and structural extension of the existing building, overhauling the façade, the installation of a new Lift, construction of a new sea wall, stabilisation of the rock face below the building and a new internal f it-out of a food preparation kitchen, bar, cool room, function space and supporting amenities.
We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
