Xenia Constructions were engaged by Randwick City Council off the back of the successful delivery of the Coogee Surf Life Saving Club to deliver a refurbishment of the iconic Coogee Oval Grandstand and Amenities facilities.  

The scope of work included the replacement of the concrete grandstand structure, as well as the reinstatement of existing grandstand seating, including the stripping and refurbishment of the change room facilities, along with upgrades to the office, meeting/memorabilia room, and umpire room. Additional scope also included repair and re-pointing of bricks, upgrades to storm water infrastructure, refurbishment of amenities building bathrooms, and replacement of amenities building awning structure and roof sheeting encompassed the entire scope. As part of the new works, a new crowd loading balustrading area was added.
