Central Plaza One in Brisbane CBD underwent extensive restoration to maintain its high-quality standards and commercial facilities. Tranche 1 focused on refurbishing the ground floor foyer, including lighting, ceilings, wall paneling, and the concierge area.
Xenia also renovated amenities and office spaces on levels 6, 14, 17, 20, and 22 while the building remained occupied. Tranche 2 involved base building make-goods and upgrades to the lobby and bathrooms on 22 floors. This included five tenancy make-good projects and improvements to five lift lobbies. Despite the building being occupied, Xenia managed the project with a 24-hour schedule to minimise tenant disruption.
