Xenia was tasked with replacing the cladding of an occupied aged care facility, necessitating meticulous planning and coordination to minimise disruption to the residents.
Through careful communication with the client, Xenia successfully executed the project while ensuring the utmost care and consideration for the residents, subcontractors, and the client. Xenia supplied scaffolding, and hoisting equipment, and enlisted specialised trade abseilers when necessary to carry out the work.
