Working for repeat client Mantle Group Hospitality, Xenia Constructions was engaged to deliver Babylon Rooftop; an 800-seat restaurant located on the rooftop floor of Westfield’s Sydney Shopping Centre on Pitt Street Mall.
The project scope involved structure works and a high-end internal fit-out made up of Italian travertine archways, marble and brass finishes, timber and leather upholstery booth seating, a canopy of gold-beaded chains and a 600-bottle wine wall. The venue is spread across 1400m2 made up of a large outdoor terrace, and multiple private and semi-private dining spaces.
