Xenia were engaged by Angle Design and Project Management (Superintendent) and AESSEAL (UK Client) to Design and Construct their own new Australian Warehouse.
Comprising of a 2,500m2 warehouse and two- storey office space, the warehouse is designed to achieve the UK BREEAM sustainability accreditation of “Excellent”, equivalent to the Greenstar 5 Star Rating. Coordinating with an overseas client, the warehouse is specially built for their works.
The AESSEAL warehouse is on track to obtain a BREEAM Excellence rating, as the first BREEAM-accredited facility in Australia.
