Xenia was engaged to complete the Design and Construction of two Architecturally designed industrial-style buildings with an integrated Fit-out of a Hair and Beauty Salon within one of the buildings– located on Wallace St and Sandgate Rd.
The Wallace St building is home to Blow Salon, which consists of a large open space salon area with bespoke joinery and industrial finishes. A portion of the building contains a suspended mezzanine slab with the more intricate Beauty Salon fit-out beneath. The smaller of the two buildings – Pedder St – is a base build structure with block walls and plasterboard linings internally, with honed concrete flooring and an exposed roof structure.
We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
