Xenia completed a full refurbishment project at 175 Eagle Street, including the main entrance foyer, lift lobby, café, bar area, and amenities on different floors. The project had strict time constraints and required working out of hours to minimise the impact on tenants. Xenia received no complaints due to close communication with the facilities management team.
The refurbishment included new stone and porcelain finishes, mirrored ceilings, a concierge desk, bespoke lighting, and the installation of large glass-reinforced concrete panels. The amenity spaces were also upgraded with custom-made fixtures and finishes from Italy and Europe.
