Xenia was engaged to construct the display suite for this new hotel and apartment tower planned for 111 Mary Street in the Brisbane CBD. The display suite consists of a reception and sales area, office space and a fully finished display suite to showcase the development’s premium finishes.
When constructed, the 111 Mary Street site will be transformed into Mary Lane: a 38-storey five-star hotel and high-end apartment building. The development will comprise four podium levels, 13 levels of hotel rooms, and 20 levels of apartments.
