Xenia Constructions were engaged in a design and construct arrangement to revamp and redesign the Wynnum Plaza Amenities. Xenia had to overcome time and noise constraints that were placed on the team as they had to concurrently work with the existing shops and residential surroundings.

Various modern designs were used during this project, the use of automatic sliding doors for the PWD toilet and the parents room, and abstract printed glass splashback in the Male and Female amenities. A combination of Corian Washplane basins and Dyson Airblade Taps, maintaining a sleek, modern look throughout the entirety of the project.
