With a design inspired by the Hollywood movie ‘The Intern’, Xenia Constructions was engaged to fitout Kokoda Property’s new Brisbane office.
Located within a heritage-listed building, key deliverables included the installation of a recycled timber floor, glazing, structural steel, joinery, partition works and new services.
Works were undertaken within an occupied building and Xenia Constructions drew on previous experience to successfully manage both the works and operational interfaces. Our team’s capability resulted in minimal disruption for current tenants and the delivery of a premium office space within the client’s five-week timeframe.
“The [Kokoda Property] office is located in a heritage building which provided particular restrictions in terms of design approval, works approval and fitout guidelines. The Xenia team worked well under fairly demanding circumstances, responded to several significant design changes on the run and delivered the space to our requirements. The fitout was delivered within our budget and met our quality expectations. Xenia Constructions has established itself as a reliable and competent operator and we will continue our relationship with them.”
