Located on the corner of Queen and Creek Streets, Central Plaza One is currently undergoing major restoration works to retain the building’s premium ‘A Grade’ standards and commercial facilities. As part of these works, Xenia Constructions is currently undertaking the refurbishment and fitout of the ground floor foyer.
Works include specialist lighting, new ceilings, wall panelling and new concierge.
Xenia Constructions is also carrying out the refurbishment of amenities and office areas on levels 6, 14, 17, 20 and 22. All works are being undertaken while the 40-level building remain occupied.
