John is the owner and director of Xenia Constructions, a company he founded on the commitment of delivering better outcomes through smarter designs and construction expertise.
Over his career John has held senior onsite roles including site manager, design manager, project manager and construction manager on several major projects such as the Sydney Water Corporate Headquarters ($158m), UNSW Tyree Building ($85m), and the KMPG King Street Wharf building ($125m), as part of the one billion dollar plus King Street Wharf development.
More recently, John held the position of regional director with Brookfield Multiplex in Queensland. Well respected, and with a well established reputation for both his technical and business capabilities, John played a pivotal role in building the local workbook to well over one billion dollars. He was responsible for developing sound construction methodologies, negotiating commercial arrangements and securing construction works for several major projects including 1 William Street, Brisbane’s tallest commercial tower.
As director of Xenia Constructions, John offers clients the combination of both his strong commercial expertise and his technical construction knowledge. He has worked across multiple sectors delivering both government and private sector projects including residential, office, education, health, entertainment and retail projects.
