Xenia was engaged to design, & construct the Virtuoso display suite for Stockwell, a luxury mid-rise residential development located on the Brisbane river. Due to project time constraints, Xenia constructions proposed a modular construction method for the building shell which enabled construction to commence offsite in parallel with design & authority approvals all managed by Xenia Constructions. The modular units were delivered to the site as soon as authority approvals & BA was received saving weeks on the construction program. Floor finishes, joinery & fit-off were completed onsite ensuring a high-quality Finish.
The display suite showcased a luxury French provincial scheme complete with size high-end kitchen with integrated whitegoods & Carrara marble benchtops, full size ensuite with Carrara marble wall tiling, luxury high-end fixtures, chandlers over the freestanding bath with Brisbane river views
