Xenia were engaged by private Client MD Property to successfully deliver their first industrial development.
Located in the heart of Crestmead, this impressive project features 29 individual units with over 11,900m2 of internal space. Each warehouse is fitted with modern amenities, air-conditioned mezzanine and ample parking throughout.
As part of the project, road upgrade works were undertaken on Rai Drive to ensure safe and efficient access to the site.
